DISTRIBUTION LOOP PIPING

• Design & Execution of following piping system
  1. Purified Water,
  2. Water for Injection
  3. Clean steam,
  4. Process Air & Process transfer lines
• All piping is done as per ISPE/ASME BPE guidelines
• Forged/ Cast Diaphragm valves, block valves/Zero dead Leg diaphragm valves used to drain, sampling, instrument isolation, pump isolation & user points.
• Sampling valves are installed at the inlet/outlet of each equipment
• Point of use sanitary heat exchanger is provided to cool the PW and WFI as per the process requirements
• CIP systems for manufacturing vessels
• Storage tanks designed & fabricated as per URS as per ASME Section VIII
